Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service provided by Mr Gerard Jean was very friendly and helpful. The location, just outside the old city, was great and convenient. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is situated in a fine district in Lower Quebec, with a convenient location just in front of the central railway station. The rooms are cozy and old-fashioned, suitable for families although lacking a TV. The service is a mixed bag with friendly and welcoming staff but some initial issues. Dining offers a fabulous experience with a variety of locally sourced dishes, while the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, a charming stay with a few quirks to consider.
Staying at this hotel was like stepping into your grandmother's old bedroom—clean with neat decor appropriate to the vintage of the building but a bit on the small side. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything, and the dining experience was fabolous, serving a delightful selection in a wonderful bistro setting. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with the staff treating me like I was a bit dumb despite their outstanding friendliness.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were rustic but very clean and had a cozy feel that was perfect for experiencing Old Quebec City. The friendly and capable service added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to the city walls and within easy reach of everything I wanted to see. The dining experience, though consistent, was enjoyable. However, some areas needed maintenance and updates, impacting the overall impression.
